POLICE are investigating a fatal hit and run accident on Abaco.
According to reports, a man was struck by an unidentified vehicle on Thursday evening on that island.
The incident occurred shortly before 10pm on Forest Drive, Dundas Town.
Inspector Terecita Pinder said the victim was taken by EMS personnel to the Marsh Harbour Clinic, where he was pronounced dead by the doctor.
She said investigations are continuing into the matter.
