Pre-May 10, 2017, we were very used to sirens and out-riders and speeding official cars –were we not promised that that would stop?
Well, West Bay heading in the city proximity of Xavier's School this morning about 12 noon, all kinds of noise and a flash-by, by a black car with DPM license plates…oops Dr. Minnis ya boys are misbehaving!
It took 51 days for sirens and crazy driving to re-appear. As I commented to a friend on May 11th, 2017…you really think too much will change?
Was not too far wrong!
