Some years ago, there was a terrible outbreak of conch poisoning in Nassau.
If my memory serves me correctly, it was the result of waste leaking from a cracked culvert into Nassau Harbour.
Some construction activity seems to be taking place at the plant by the bridge.
While this may not have anything to do with the current problem, it may be a good idea to rule out the possibility.
This is also an opportunity to deal with any sanitation issues at both Potters Cay and Arawak Cay.
