AN American man was seriously injured in a boating accident in West End, Grand Bahama.
According to Assistant Superintendent Terecita Pinder, police were called to a marina in West End shortly after 3pm on Friday to an incident involving some Americans on a private boat who were diving in the area.
Police said it was reported that one of the men was diving when his left arm was severed.
He was taken to Rand Memorial Hospital, where he is listed in serious condition.
ASP Pinder said police are investigating the matter.
