THE government establishes taxes so the government has the right to raise or lower taxes - that is a given. Discrimination, etc, laugh at that.
The presumption and perceived argument of the web shops is stupid - ridiculous and irrational. What if the judge tells them the law you operate under is unconstitutional and your operations is illegal?
Pre-the Christie move after there was a required Referendum and the people spoke with a NO to web shops the taxes on Lotteries was 15% - the legislation Christie passed web shops pay 11% down not up?
What has the web shops created?
$200m of inlace - in circulation money is now revolving around with zero new revenue all the $200m is generated locally but now eight licensees are taking a chunk from that because they operate web shops.
3,000 persona are employed – agreed very positive a plus to the web shops. For the profit level even if lower I predict they will continue. I perceive the web shops are crying instead of making $20-$30m they will make $15-18m a year…selfish.
