LAST month, during a student recognition ceremony, the GHS Class of 87 Alumni Committee presented Eloise Whymns, school principal, with three laptops, a desktop computer, a printer and two picnic tables on behalf of the Class of 1987.

Last year, the class celebrated its 30th anniversary reunion with several activities and fundraising initiatives. The proceeds were used to purchase much needed items for the school. Ms Whymns expressed her appreciation for the gifts and thanked the alumni on behalf of the faculty, staff and students for playing a major role in the growth and development of the students.
