This year's Calvary Crusade will see Bishop Alfred A Owens Jr and co-pastor Dr Suzie Owens of the Greater Mount Calvary Church of America, in addition to international psalmist Johnathan Nelson, bring faith, hope and inspiration to Bahamians during the annual conference next week.

The Crusade 2018 is presented by Bishop and Dawn Herbert of Freedom Temple, South Carolina, along with Apostle Kelson Miller from the Born Again Deliverance Ministries, Pastor Wendell Lewis from Judah Worship Centre, Bishop Walter Hanchell of the People's Assembly, Pastor Devon Rolle from Kingdom Discipleship Centre, and Pastor Franklyn Miller from St Jude's Ministries. It will be held October 4-5 at the Meliá Nassau Beach.

"Something powerful happens when the people of God come together in unity and on one accord with the same mind and vision," said Minister Aleacha Miller. "Demons have got to flee, sick bodies will be healed and transformation has got to take place.

"If you missed last year's Calvary Crusade you definitely don't want to miss Calvary Crusade 2018. Last year's Calvary Crusade brought more than 160 religious leaders and guests from all over the United States to the islands of the Bahamas."

Organisers are anticipating an even greater turn-out this year.

"They will come together on one accord to bring change and transformation to the community, to this nation and to the body of Christ in unity," said Minister Miller

Coordinator of the Crusade, Bishop Herbert Crump, hopes participating members give back to the Bahamas. So this year, the Crusade has adopted R M Bailey High and will go into the school on October 5 to donate school supplies. Not only will they distribute items in the school, but they will take the time to share the gospel with the students.
