Bahamian realtor attends key forum

A Bahamian realtor was an invited guest at The Crans Montana Forum on Africa and South co-operation, which was held for the fifth time in Morocco under the patronage of its king.

William Wong, a partner in Darville-Wong Realty, attended the conference organised by a non-governmental organisation that was established in 1986. Working with governments and organisations such as the United Nations (UN) and European Union (EU), the forum aims to strengthen international co-operation by promoting good practices and dialogue between decision-makers.

This year’s forum focused on building a powerful and modern Africa, and brought together heads of state, government ministers, regional and international organisations, MPs and businesses.

Key topics included sustainable energy; security and environmental challenges; digital economy; public health; sustainable agriculture; and the promotion of youth entrepreneurship and women’s leadership.

The Crans Montana Forum organises several events per year, with about 100 countries meeting to discuss political, social, economic and security challenges.
