AFTER taking a break for the Easter holiday weekend, the New Providence Wholesalers Softball League will be back in action at the Baillou Hills Sporting Complex. Before they took the break, the following results were posted in the last games played two weeks ago:

USS Truckers 18, Outsiders 5

Benson Young got the win over Alfred ‘Skater’ Munnings on the mound.

Eugene Pratt went 4-for-4, scored four runs and drove in seven runs with three home runs. LA Vaughan Ferguson was also 4-for-4, scored four runs and drove in five runs with one home run and Austin Hanna was 2-for-4 and three runs scored. In a losing effort, Edron Knowles went 1-for-3 and scored one run. Martin Burrows Jr was 2-for-2 and scored one run.

Hitman 13, The Undertakers 2

Brad Wood Jr got the win, while Jamal Nairn was tagged with the loss.

Rayneldo Russell and Philip Johnson both went 3-for-2, scored two runs, drove in two runs and they also drilled a homer.

Outsider 15, Hitman 7

Alfred Munnings got the win over Rashad Seymour on the mound.

Richard Bain went 4-for-5, scored four runs and drove in four runs along with a homer, Charles Rolle was 3-for-5, scored three runs and drove in five runs along with a pair of home runs and Sherman Ferguson was 3-for-3, scored three runs and drove in two runs. In a losing effort, Eugene Bain was 2-for-3, scored two runs and drove in two runs with a homer.

USS Truckers 16, Airborne Freight Stallions 4

Garfield Bethel was the winning pitcher over Komo Ferguson. Austin Hanna and Stephen Russell both went 2-for-3 with Hanna scoring three runs and drove in two runs, while Russell scored three runs. Garfield Bethel went 3-for-3, scored two runs and drove in three runs. For the losers, Cardy Taylor went 3-for-33, scored a run and drove in two runs.
