Female golfers from around the world competed at the 2019 Bahamas White Sands LPGA Pro-Am from February 2 and the Caribbean Bottling Company Ltd recently - with sponsorship by CBC.

“In addition to being a proud sponsor of White Sands LPGA Pro-Am, we were excited to have a Coca-Cola team take part, and to create, what we hope, was a memorable experience for the golfers, with our garden bar.” said Nikia Wells, marketing manager-communications.

“Our team is committed to supporting community and sporting initiatives around the country, and we had a great time keeping the participants, athletes and attendees hydrated throughout the tournament.”

In addition to a $10k cash sponsorship, CBC also provided non-alcoholic beverages.

A Coca-Cola team, which included Marvin Bethell, Lambert Knowles, Andrew Stirling, and Calvin Lockhart and professional golfer, Jillian Hollis, also took part in the tournament.

The event was held at the Ocean Club Golf Course.
