Customer training for Avis staff

Avis staff in Nassau and Freeport were given advice on how to enhance the customer experience during training sessions held over the week beginning May 6. 

Reynaldo Sanchez, training manager for the Latin America and Caribbean region of Avis Budget Group, spent three days in The Bahamas working with management and line staff at the car rental firm. 

The training series, entitled The customer lead experience, focuses on Avis’ vision of being relentless in fulfilling customer wants, needs and preferences, thereby ensuring excellence at all stages of service delivery.

During the sessions team members were given challenges, and had to come up with solutions, while playing a variety of roles.

Avis’ Bahamian operation is a licensee of Avis Budget Group under the Latin American and Caribbean region, with locations in Nassau and Freeport. It has been Bahamian-owned and operated for more than 55 years.
