BAISS POSTSEASON
THE Bahamas Association of Independent Secondary Schools is slated to begin its best-of-three softball championship series today, but instead of playing at Freedom Farm, they will use the various high school home fields.

Today's schedule
Junior boys
3:30pm - Queen's College host St Augustine's College at Queen's College.
Senior girls
3:30pm - St John's College host St Augustine's College at the Banker's Field at the Baillou Hills Sporting Complex.
Tuesday
Junior girls
3:30pm - Charles W Saunders host St Augustine's College at Charles W. Saunders.
Senior boys
3:30pm - Queen's College will host St Augustine's College at Queen's College.

GSSSA PLAYOFFS
THE Government Secondary Schools Sports Association begins its volleyball postseason today with the junior girls and boys playing at the DW Davis Gymnasium, while the senior girls and boys will play at the AF Adderley Gymnasium.
The schedule, starting at 4 pm, is as follows:
DW Davis Gymnasium
Junior girls
HO Nash (1) vs DW Davis (4). SC McPherson (2) vs AF Adderley (3).
Junior boys
CH Reeves (1) vs AF Adderley (4).
SC McPherson (2) vs LW young (3).
AF Adderley Gymnasium
Senior girls
Anatol Rodgers (1) vs CV Bethel (4).
CR Walker (2) vs CI Gibson (3).
Senior boys
Government High (1) vs Anatol Rodgers (4).
CI Gibson (2) vs CR Walker (3).
Game two in all series will be played on Wednesday. If necessary, the third and deciding games will be played on Friday. The best-of-three championships will follow.
TRACK
BAY STREET MILE
THE BAAA's Track and Field Coaches Associations' annual Bay Street Mile is scheduled to start on Saturday at 7am. The event, sponsored once again by Shaunae Miller-Uibo, will begin at 6am in front of the Straw Market and end at the Bahamas Football Association's Beach Soccer Facility.
A number of categories will be contested.
TRACK
BAAA's
MASQUERADE
The Bahamas Association of Athletic Associations will hold its Masquerade Race Weekend on December 7-8.
The event will begin with a 10-kilometre, half marathon, kids athletic festival and one-mile Dorian Run and walk from Arawak Cay.
Then on December 8, the BAAA's Masquerade Soiree and awards banquet will take place.
