Millions lost in computer fiasco - hasn’t the good Minister an appreciation of simple breach of contract of the provider?

Remember Minister you have been Minister now since May, 2017 some two plus years have passed and seems you ain’t done anything to ensure Government the tax payers got their value from the contractor for the system and computer to digitise vital patient records and presume code for presentation to Insurance companies.

We have to ask on taking office in May-2017 when did you discover this was so?

Did you call in the service provider?

Did you instruct that no further payments should be paid to the provider?

Surely the RFP for the service had conditions for non-performance?

The exposing of this now sounds exceptionally political…Sir you been Minister for two plus years - Stop blaming the past you promised Better…forget?
