How many are we mourning?

EDITOR, The Tribune.

CABINET Office has announced a National Mourning Service for those who died in Dorian for Wednesday evening at BFM - Carmichael.

We can understand this however who are we mourning? Are we mourning Bahamians - Bahamian-Haitians - foreign visitors or Haitians?

Officially the death count remains at 50 but no one believes that.

Information from a good source indicates recently 400 body bags were shipped from Nassau to Abaco.

How does the Revs Draft their messages if they are unaware if they are talking - sympathising to Bahamians - Haitians or visitors?

One hopes Cabinet on Tuesday Cabinet meeting will finally come clean and announce officially the death toll? We have to be reasonably sure the International NGOs participating in the search have to be worried their credibility is now challenged…Does the Red Cross accept and support the 50 deaths?
