Damianos Sotheby's International Realty has named Christina Cunningham as the latest estate agent to join its sales team.

"The Nassau real estate market continues to grow at a steady pace," Lana Rademaker, the company's chief brokerage officer, said. "It is our utmost priority at all times to make sure we have the right agents in place so that our clients receive the impeccable service we pride ourselves on."

Born into a family of real estate developers, and capitalising on her background as a client relationship manager in the private banking sector, Ms Cunningham said the transition to residential real estate was the next logical step in her career.

"I am extremely detail-oriented and adept at breaking down information in order to guide my clients toward the best financial decisions," Ms Cunningham said. "And now I get to combine those skills with my personal passion--sharing the beauty of The Bahamas with new clients as an estate agent."

"Christina's professional background gives her a unique understanding of the financial markets," Ms Rademaker said. "This is an important asset to have in today's active real estate market where buyers and sellers are becoming more and more savvy."
