The Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB) has been honoured with International Investor’s 2020 award for Outstanding Promotion of Financial Services.
Subscribers of International Investor recommended BFSB for the award within this category, and its research team backed this judgment.
In accepting the award, BFSB’s chief executive and executive director, Tanya McCartney, said: “We are honoured to receive the award. It is a recognition of the strong public –private sector partnership that exists in The Bahamas for the promotion of financial services.
“It reflects the combined contributions and support of our member firms, the Bahamas Government, regulators and professional bodies in the promotion of The Bahamas as the clear choice for financial services.”

The official announcement of all winners was published online, and will also be announced in the Davos Winter edition of the International Investor. Its print publication is distributed at financial centres and international investment events across the globe. However, this edition also has specialised distribution in Davos & Klosters during the World Economic Forum.
