GRAND Bahama police arrested a man in connection with the seizure of a quantity of dangerous drugs and the discovery of thousands of dollars in cash at a residence in Eight Mile Rock on Wednesday.
According to reports, shortly after 7pm a team of officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit and the Customs Department acting on information went to a house in Seagrape, EMR where a quantity of suspected marijuana and over $7,000 in cash were discovered.
Police arrested a male occupant of the residence who is expected to be formally charged in the EMR Magistrate’s Court this week.
