The Ministry of Health reported that there were an additional 93 COVID-19 cases on Thursday, two confirmed COVID-19 related deaths and three more deaths under investigation.
This brought the total number of cases to 2,814 with 1,220 of those active.
Eighty-nine of the new cases were in New Providence, two were in Grand Bahama, one was in Inagua and the location of the other case is pending.
It was also reported that a 73-year-old woman died on 30th August and a 67-year-old woman died on September 3rd – both were in New Providence.
