There is no mandatory policy for the vaccination of children. I believe a news clip going around creates the wrong impression as the sound bite was cut too soon. Education Minister Geoff LLoyd was referring to the usual childhood vaccines children need to enter the public school system when he said vaccinations are needed to enter school.
The COVID vaccine is still optional for children and adults.
