Well it’s election season and it would appear the two main parties are not short of cash. Almost overnight both sides have planted thousands of verge side signs. There is a noticeable difference from now to just before the last election. Then the PLP were handing out millions of $ in dubious contracts for sidewalks and the likes.
One thing the PLP loathe to down when leaving office is to leave any funds in the Treasury. Well who to vote for? One thing for sure Dr Minnis in poker terms got a dead man’s hand with Dorian followed in short order by COVID. He managed by and large to keep us safe and to put money in people’s pockets whilst keeping the economy ticking over. So do you want a New Day with the PLP and all that implies or are you concerned for the future? Big decision and hugely important for the Bahamas.
Vote wisely.
