A MAN who denied breaking into a woman’s house to steal an assortment of cash was yesterday granted bail ahead of his trial.
Police arrested Justin Pratt after he was accused of unlawfully entering a woman’s residence with the intention of committing an offence on July 24.
He was further accused of attempting to steal $3,000 cash from the home during the alleged break-in.
Pratt pleaded not guilty to the charges during his hearing before Senior Magistrate Derence Rolle Davis and the case was adjourned to October 4 and 5 for trial.
He was granted $5,000 bail in the meantime.
