A MAN is in hospital after he was shot Monday night.
The incident took place after 7pm. Police were told that a man was leaving an establishment on East Bay Street when he was approached by a gunman who shot him on the right side of his back before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. The victim was taken to hospital where he is listed in serious condition.
