A Freeport man was yesterday charged with burglary and indecent assault.
Demarco Christopher Dean, 42, of Privateer Drive, appeared before Magistrate Charlton Smith.
Dean, who was not represented by an attorney, was faced with two counts of burglary and one count of indecent assault.
It is alleged he broke into a residence on Butterwick Road on February 27 and another residence on Blockade Drive on March 3.
It also alleged that he indecently assaulted a female resident of one of the residences.
Dean was not required to enter a plea and was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correction Services until May 31.
