THE Ministry of Health recorded 41 more cases of COVID-19 on Sunday and one additional death.
The overall case count now stands at 11,225 while the death toll is 221.
The latest deceased victim is a 56-year-old New Providence man who died on May 15. Twenty-six deaths are under investigation. Meanwhile, 46 people are in hospital with the virus.

221/400,000=0.0005525 of our population has died with Covid in 424 days March 18 20 to May 19 2021. 221 deaths ➗ 11,225 confirmed cases puts our confirmed fatality rate at 1.97. We are not in a pandemic. If government had blasted Bahamians death due to high blood pressure stroke or diabetes we would have been a healthier population. They still are not prodding us toward healthy lifestyle, the way they jamming Covid deaths CNN style down our waken moments every 10 minutes we are shot with be vaccinated Covid death.
