Police are investigating after a man was shot dead on Washington Street on Sunday night.
According to reports, residents in a home in the area heard gunshots at around 11pm. When they went outside they found the man lying on the ground with gunshot injuries. Emergency Medical Services were called and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
