A MAN who denied being in possession of a loaded gun has been remanded pending a bail hearing.
Perez Cuffe was arrested after officers alleged they found him with a .45 pistol with seven live rounds of ammunition. He denied the allegations and his case was adjourned to December 14 for trial.
He returns to court November 9 for Magistrate Samuel McKinney to rule on the issue of his bail.
Cuffe was remanded into custody until that time.
