Here are three appointments the government should consider to bring peace in the relevant departments.
1) Give the nurses union lady, Ms Williams, the PS job in Ministry of Health.
2) Give the teachers union lady, Ms Wilson, the Director of education job in Ministry of Education.
3) Give the public service gentleman, Mr Ferguson, the PS job in Ministry of Labour.
Thank God, finally there will be peace.

Giving these people these positions will not change or help anything because their replacements in the unions will step in and continue the fight, additionally once these people become a part of the government ministries they will assume the agendas that these ministries are currently pushing.
