A SHOOTING victim died in hospital Thursday night, police said.
Shortly after 11pm, police received a report about a shooting on Nassau Street near the Shoal Restaurant. A man was shot in his upper body.
The victim was taken to hospital, however he later died of his injuries.
A homicide investigation is ongoing.
