A 25-YEAR-OLD man was charged with making threats and causing damage.
Dareio Ferguson, 25, appeared before Assistant Chief Magistrate Subusola Swain yesterday.
Ferguson was charged with threatening to harm Jarad Miller on November 11 and causing damage to his phone the same day.
During yesterday’s hearing, Ferguson pleaded guilty to damaging Miller’s phone, but denied issuing threats of harm.
After accepting his pleas, Magistrate Swain granted him bail at $2,000 with one surety and the matter was adjourned to January 21.
