A FREEPORT man was charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition in Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Drexton Belony, of Frobisher Drive, appeared before Magistrate Simone Brown in Grand Bahama.
He pleaded not guilty to possession of an unlicensed firearm and was granted $4,000 cash bail.
He also pleaded not guilty to possession of ammunition and was granted $2,500 bail, with one or two sureties.
The case was adjourned to February 17, 2022.
