DOMNICK Bridgewater continues his dominant play in his second stint in France’s NM2 League.

Bridgewater is the league’s leading scorer through five contests at 22.4 points per game en route to a 3-2 record for his Sapela 13 club.

The 21-year-old point guard finished with 28 points in a 115-89 win over Basket Metropole Aix Venelles on Tuesday night.

He began the year with 36 points, 10 assists and five steals to lead Sapela 13 to a 104-99 win over Sorgues BC in the season opener. In his short four game stint with Sapela 13 last season, the 6’2” point guard averaged 16.7 points and 10.4 assists per game with three double doubles. Although his time with the team came to an early end due to COVID-19, he went on to receive a promotion in the Byers’ system with Pro B team. Following his stint with Sapela, Bridgewater joined the Byers’ Pro B roster for the first time in his career.

He appeared in three games in limited minutes and made his debut with four points and three assists. Most recently, he appeared for Team Bahamas at the FIBA 2022 AmeriCup 2022 Qualifiers.
