A MAN who denied assaulting another man was yesterday granted bail before his trial.
Anthony Rolle was arrested after he was accused of assaulting Deangelo Stuart on September 11.
During his arraignment before Magistrate Algernon Allen, Jr, he denied the allegation and the case was adjourned to October 15 for trial.
Rolle was granted $1,000 bail until that time. As part of the conditions of his release, he is not allowed to have any contact with any witnesses in the matter.
If he does, he can risk being remanded to prison until his case has been completed.
