A 63-year-old man who denied indecently assaulting a minor was yesterday granted bail before his trial.
Prosecutors allege Arthur Thurston committed the act on a 12-year-old girl on September 18.
He denied the allegation during his arraignment before Magistrate Samuel McKinney and the matter was adjourned to November 8 for trial.
Thurston was granted $5,000 bail until that time.
