Photo-op Minister for Foreign Affairs and a CARICOM official designated on the folly of CARICOM to try to obtain reparations from the United Kingdom.
The Windrush issue with the Jamaicans is a given and can be legally substantiated as those migrants were promised resident status but general reparations pre-Independence is someone’s dream-folly and I suggest irrational talk.
Are these people thinking the UK did not cover themselves for all responsibility from the pre-Independence day?
Suggest to the good Minister don’t waste your time.
Get out there and drum up FDI and new employment to improve the deficits and debts we inherited from the FNM … reparations for what hey did in four plus years … now that makes sense.
