A MAN was granted bail in Magistrate’s Court yesterday on charges of causing harm and threats of death.
Adrian Forde, 50, represented by Attorney Tonique Lewis, appeared before Magistrate Shaka Serville. On April 9 in New Providence, he is alleged to have caused harm and threatened Devonte Butler with death.
Forde pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
As there was no objection to bail, it was granted at $1,500 with one or two sureties.
Forde’s trial is set for September 7.
