A 44-year-old man was charged in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday with indecently assaulting a four-year-old girl.
Christopher Rahming stood before Magistrate Samuel McKinney accused of the offence which allegedly occurred June 4 of last year.
He was not required to enter a plea and the case was adjourned to May 4 for service of a voluntary bill of indictment.
When asked if he had any antecedents, Rahming told the court he was convicted over three years ago for a non-similar offence.
In response, Magistrate McKinney granted him bail at $8,500 with one or two sureties.
