POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a six-month-old baby boy who died shortly before 11am on Tuesday.
According to initial reports from police, the infant was taken to hospital in a private vehicle where he appeared unresponsive.
While at hospital the infant was examined by physicians who reported no vital signs of life.
Foul play is not suspected in this incident.
However, a police investigation is continuing.
