A MAN was granted bail in Magistrate’s Court yesterday after he was charged with allegedly attacking another man with a cutlass.
Devon Francis, 48, stood before Magistrate Shaka Serville on a charge of assault with a dangerous instrument.
Francis is alleged to have assaulted Sean Campbell with a cutlass in September 10 in New Providence.
In court, the accused pleaded not guilty to the charge.
He was granted $2,500 bail.
Francis’ trial is set to begin on November 21.
