A CUBAN MAN has been accused of sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl.
Roysmel Mendez, 26, faced Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt on a charge of indecent assault, as he was accused of inappropriate behavior with the eight-year-old on April 10 in New Providence.
The case was transferred to the Supreme Court by Voluntary Bill of Indictment (VBI) and the defendant was remanded to prison until he is granted bail. The VBI is due to be served on August 23.
