A 35-year-old man was imprisoned after being charged with raping a 67-year-old woman during a home invasion in Exuma last weekend.
Acting Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley charged Bradley Rolle with rape and burglary yesterday.
Rolle is accused of breaking into the residence of an elderly woman in Rolle Town, Exuma, and sexually assaulting her shortly before 1am on July 22.
His case will be moved to the Supreme Court through a voluntary bill of indictment to be served on October 31.
