An American woman and two Bahamian men were arraigned in the Magistrate Court on Friday on murder conspiracy charges.
Thirty-six-year-old Lindsay Shirley Shiver, of Old Monticello Road, Georgia, USA, 29-year-old Farron Newbold Jr. of George Albury Boulevard, Abaco and 28-year-old Terrance Adrien Bethel appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley.
According to court dockets, the suspects, while being concerned together, agreed to murder Richard Shiver.
The suspects were not required to enter a plea. They were all remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections and will return to court on Thursday 5th October, when the Voluntary Bill of Indictment will be served.
The suspects were represented by attorneys Cassie Bethel, Alphonzo Lewis and Kelsey Munroe.
