A FORTY-YEAR-OLD man allegedly drowned Tuesday during the early morning hours.
Police were reportedly notified that the man fell into the water on the western side of Potters Cay dock around 1am.
The deceased was retrieved by bystanders, who performed CPR until EMS arrived and found no vital signs.
