A MAN was fined yesterday after admitting to getting drunk and exposing himself outside a gaming house in Nassau Village earlier this week.

Magistrate Kara Turnquest-Deveaux charged Michael Woodside, Jr, 32, with indecent exposure.

Woodside reportedly exposed “his privates” to the public and in the vicinity of a police officer at the parking lot of Ultra Games in Nassau Village on January 23.

After pleading guilty to the offence, the defendant explained to the magistrate that he was intoxicated and was trying to relieve himself on a car tyre. He apologized for his actions.

Magistrate Turnquest-Deveaux ordered that he pay a $150 fine or risk a one-month prison term.
