Last rites for Beatrice Florence Pratt, 93, of Glinton’s Long Island will be held on Saturday August 4th 2012 at 10.00 am at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, Glinton’s Long Island. Officiating will be Fr. Chester Burton & The Ven.G.Kingsley Knowles assisted by Other Ministers. Interment in Seymour’s Public Cemetery, Long Island
She is survived by: 1 son: Winston Pratt; One daughter: Louise Sweeting; Adopted Son: Father Kinsley Knowles, Seven Grandchildren: Vanita Pratt, Florena Brown, Patricia Nesbitt, Tamara Pinder, Tonia Newton, Ollie Sands, Monique Sands, John Henry Russell, Elgin Russell, Lamon Johnson and Eldrith Smith: 21 Great Grand Children: 6 Great Great Great Grandchildren; 2 Adopted Sisters: Everlin Knowles-Cooper and Virginia Smith (Snow Hill Long Island) 5 Nephews: Andre Stone of Philadelphia Pennsylvania, Eric Smith of Washington D.C., Leeandra Adderley, Cyril, Arnold and Albert Simm; ,7 nieces: Marina Simms, Helen Stuart, Virginia Gray, Geneva Adderley, Caroline Adderley, Marina Hepburn and Shirley Cefas, Numerous Grand Niece and Nephews including Tanette Miller; Niece- in-Law: Dorothy Bethel; 11 Sisters- in- law: Carolina and Virginia Pratt, Sarah, Kathlene, Sylvia, Stella, Annie, Maryann, Deloris, Francis and Lauria; Other Families and Friends: Amos Pratt and Family, Charles and family, Irene Adderley and Family, Susie Smith and Family, Rowena Gibson and Family, Merle Smith and Family, Ruth Delbert and Ralph Smith, Doctors of Simms Clinic and Family, Janette Adderley and Family and all of Mary Magdalene Church Family.
Funeral Service are being handled by Kurtiss Memorial Mortuary, Robinson Road and Fifth Street.
