Funeral Service for Richard Franklin Culmer, 82 years of Savannah Sound, Eleuthera, will be held on Saturday December 15th, 2012, 10:30 a.m. at Wesley Methodist Church Savannah Sound. Rev. Christopher Neely, Rev. Kenris Carey and Dr. Reginald Eldon will officiate. Interment will follow in Savannah Sound Public Cemetery.
