Funeral Service for the late George C. Williams, 85, of Gannet Road, Stapledon Gardens, Nassau, Bahamas and formerly of Westmoreland, Jamaica, will be held on Saturday June 23rd, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at Evangelistic Temple, Collins Avenue. Officiating will be Pastor Gary Curry, assisted by Pastor Vaughn Cash. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleum, John F. Kennedy Drive and Gladstone Roads.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Nellie Reid and Norman Williams; his wife: Norma Williams; daughter: Yvonne Williams;
Left to cherish his memories are his Sons: Lloyd George Williams, Lennox Anthony “Max” Williams, Hugh George Williams; Daughters: Georgia “Dawn” Williams, Laura Allison Williams, Janet Karen Ann Williams and Lilly Rose Williams; Brother: Prince Albert Trought; Brother-in-law: Noel Chin; Sister-in-law: Vinetta Chin; Daughter-in-law: Geta Williams; three Grandchildren: Christina, Joshua and Jessica; Nieces: Jennifer Anglin, Loiett Gore, Lana-Kay Gore-Webb, Angela Kelly, Claudette Chin-Jones, Christina Chin, Anthea Chin, Samantha Crutchfield, Shelly Ann Trought and Stephanie Trought; Nephews: Trevor Anglin, Lewis Richard Gore and Laurence Gore; grand niece: Nandi Webb; other relatives and friends including: Clinton and Rosalee Trought, Cecila Campbell, Annette Fuller, Mr. & Mrs. Franklyn M. Williams, Dr. Francis Williams, Sis. Alice Adams, Dr. Macee, Nurse Butler, Nurse Sturrup, Frank and Janet Dean, Drs. Viewing will be held in the Perpetual Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads on Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and at the church on Saturday from 10:30am until service time.
