Funeral service for Mavis Theresa Gay, 78 yrs., a resident of #164 Hampshire Street, will be held at St. George's Anglican Church, Montrose Avenue, on Friday at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be The Most Reverend Drexel W. Gomez, Archdeacon Kingsley Knowles, Rev'd Fr. Andrew Toppin & Rev'd Fr. Roland Hamilton. Interment follows in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen & Spikenard Roads.

Heartfelt appreciation is extended to Princess Margaret Hospital Oncology staff; care-giver, Nordia Rolle, Nurse Sylvia Butler and Dr. Margo Munroe who provided palliative care. Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 12-6:00 p.m. on Thursday & on Friday from 9-12:00 noon & at the church from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
