Funeral Service for Clifton Teston Laing Jr. affectionately known as “Killer” age 59 years a resident of Gold Rock Creek, Grand Bahama and formerly of Pelican Point Grand Bahama will be held on Saturday, November 3rd, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthews Baptist Church, Pelican Point, Grand Bahama.

Officiating will be Pastor Freddie Laing Jr. assisted by Rev. Edwin Pinder and interment will follow in the Pelican Point Cemetery.
Left to cherish his memories: his devoted wife of 36yrs Verlene Laing; his Mother Mary Laing. children: Trevor, Tristan, Trevon, and Attorney LaQuay Laing, Nurse Sharanna Johnson; son-in-Law: Julian Johnson; grandchildren: Shianne and Javari Johnson, Trevonya and Trevor Jr.;sisters: Judy Pratt and Eleanor Stewart; brothers: Randolph and Theo Laing; adopted brothers and sisters: Sybil Watson, Danita Carey, George Cooper, and Solomon Hield Jr.;mother and father-in-law: Alfred Sr. and Anna Russell (Abaco); sisters-in-law: Angela and Winona Laing, Darlene, Ellamae, Curlene, Louise, Melinda, Theresa, Lisa and Gloria Russell, Flora Pinder, Louvisa Sullivan, and Erma Sawyer; brothers-in-law: Mark Stewart, Joseph, Eddison, Alfred Jr., Willimon, Henry, Walter Russell, John Pinder, and Dwayne Sullivan; adopted brother in law: Leroy Watson; aunt: Nicey Pinder, Irene Cooper, Geraldine Albury, Mathilda Andrews, Lilly Hield, Eulah Eudine Hield; uncle: Deacon David Pinder Sr., and Genius Cooper; nieces and nephews including: Trudy, Rudy, Jody, Omar, Rasheed, Rasheda Pratt, Jason, Latoya Laing, Nekia Fox, Theora Wilson, Terah, Theo Jr. Laing, Markira Stewart, Raquel Quant, Runo and Rashaun Laing, and LaQueshia Laing; 33 nieces and nephews in lawgodchild: Antoinette Thomas-Simmons and a host of other relatives and special friends including: Luther Sr. and Petrona Johnson (Nassau), Freeman and Iris Russell, Carmen Dames (Bimini), Nathan and Joyce Rolle (Abaco), Robert Russell & family (Abaco), Hethlyn Smith (caregiver),Obed Pinder & family, Earl “Duke” Johnson (Nassau), The entire Pelican Point and East End community a host of other relatives and friend too numerous to mentioned.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Yager Funeral Home & Crematorium, Queens Highway on Friday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
