A Memorial Service for Mr. Alan J. Lavell, who has lived for the past seventeen years in Irving, Dallas, Texas, U.S.A., formerly of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, Anaheim, California, U.S.A. and Nassau, The Bahamas, will be held at the graveside, St. Anne's Anglican Church, Fox Hill, Nassau, on Saturday, 17th November, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.
Father Hugh A. Bartlette will officiate.
Mr. Lavell spent his early life in Nassau and attended Queen's College, Nassau. He was the son of Lt. Col. George C.A. Lavell, deceased, formerly of the Royal Bahamas Police Force and Mrs. Maria L. (Marissa) Lavell, deceased, who was employed for many years by British American Life Insurance, Nassau.
Alan is survived by his son, Alex and many friends in Canada, the United States and in Nassau.
