Funeral Service for Corese Lucille Ritchie, 91, of Rocky Pine Road, formerly of Deadman’s Cay Long Island, will be held on Saturday, September 22nd, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., at St. George’s Anglican Church, Montrose Avenue. Officiating will be Archdeacon G. Kingsley Knowles, assisted by Rev. Fr. Andrew Toppin, Deacon Whitfield Hutchinson and Rev. Fr. Andrew Turnquest. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, East Shirley Street.
Left to cherish her memory are: her husband: Alden Ritchie; her son: Craig Ritchie; her daughter: Anita Kemp; grandchildren: Sherone Kemp-Culmer, Kevin Jr. and Lashante Kemp and Reisha, Khadijah, Ciara and Ava Ritchie, great grandchildren: Rhyan Kemp and Sirena Culmer. brothers: Whitmore, Drexel, Alvin and Orlando Turnquest; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends including: Alva Ritchie, Kevin Kemp Sr., Shawn Culmer, Angela and Barbara Turnquest and Elva Ritchie of Deadman’s Cay, Long, Island, Elva W. Ritchie, Anguerita Miller, Arlene Brown, Mavis Culmer, Christine Greene, Vashti Roberts, Nurse C. Henry, Nurse Colebrook, Nurse Cooper, Nurse Turnquest, Pastor Rex Major and Family, Anithra Cartwright, Llewyn Culmer and Family, Father Addison Turnquest, St. George’s ACW and The Guild To Help The Sick and Needy, Archdeacon Kingsley Knowles, the whole St. George’s Anglican Church Family and many others.
Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets on Friday September 21, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
